Prior to focusing her practice in family law, Cara enjoyed a Superior Court clerkship with Hon. Michael K. Diamond, J.S.C. (Ret.) who was the Presiding Judge of the Family Part at that time. After her clerkship, Cara honed her litigation skills by representing large corporations as their private prosecutor and defense counsel. Cara has since exclusively dedicated her practice to family and matrimonial law as she found helping families – especially children – in distress to be the most rewarding aspect of her career.
Cara is admitted to the bars of the State of New York and the State of New Jersey. She earned her J.D. from New England School of Law in 2005, and her B.S. from Kutztown University in 2001.
